"A very special 'Elf'
In 2002 we bought a two year old static caravan in the Bay View
holiday park in Swanage, Dorset.
The caravan had not been used a great deal during the previous
year, so we were surprised when the hot water boiler stopped
working and the gas man told us it needed to be de-scaled. This
cost us about £80. We knew we were in a hard water area as
our kettle had furred up in a couple of months. We did not like
the idea of having to pay the de-scaling charge every couple of
years.
My husband is very good at hoarding leaflets and he remembered he
had one about something that we could fit that might solve the
problem. So we bought an Elf and fitted it with some scepticism!
At once I noticed the kettle did not fur up and over the last four
years in spite of the caravan being well used by family and
friends the boiler has never needed de-scaling.
Due to our children producing many grandchildren for us, we have
changed our caravan for a larger one. Our priority has been to
refit our brilliant little Elf - we cannot recommend it highly
enough - thank you!"

interior base of the dishwasher door prior to the water imp,

"We have received the water conditioners and are currently
testing them.
Results thus far:
One test is in a 30 year old home in Calgary where the average
water hardness is at around 13 grains. This translates into about
10,500 pounds of rock having come into the pipes of the home since
it was built.
A difference in the water was noticed 12 hours after installation.
Most noticeable was the reduction in itchiness after a shower. An
improvement in the clarity of the shower curtain was also noticed
24 hours after installation. Water marks on chrome have also
become softer and easier to remove."

We live in the desert southwestern section of the United States.
We often times feel that we've cornered worldwide market on hard
water. Having used alternate methods to fight our hard water
problem with minimal success, I finally decided to to try the
magnets around my piping that I had read about. In searching the

website. Your product is much more economical and longer lasting

Four days ago I installed my Super Water Imp. I indicated to my
wife that we may not see any improvement in the water quality for
