Received product, installed and noticed an immediate tangible difference in water quality. I was beginning to doubt if this was a genuine article what with the delay in receiving etc but can say that, so far, so good. Would recommend, indeed recommending, to friends.

Haven't thought about the Water Elf since installing 8 years ago which is still going strong. I do remember it immediately stopped the water soap scale in the shower. Bubbles appeared in our water glasses! The only downside is if you have a power outage you need to check that the Elf is working properly. If not un-power the device, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. Thanks for a really good product.

I bought the water imp (now elf) many years ago and have been using it successfully since then. The only problem is the wide variation in the mains supply voltage. To overcome this I bought a voltage stabiliser to prevent high voltage from damaging the gadget. There is no more any hard water in my flat - my vessels are clean, my clothes are soft after washing and I feel truly refreshed after a bath.

I have had the Elf for well over 10 years and have always been very happy with the results. it worked from day one and still gives the same results. our nieghbours have lots of trouble with lime scale while our taps and shower are perfect. our friends who have purchased the Elf are as pleased as we are. Too bad about the nieghbours!!!
