Order Acceptance and Processing
After placing an order your credit or debit card payment will be processed through GOOGLE checkpoint. As soon as we have received notification of the payment from GOOGLE we will process your order through our system and we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email constitutes acceptance by us and at this point a contract is formed between us. We normally despatch the goods within 5 working days, but in the event of a shortage of stock we will still take payment and despatch your order as soon as we have them in stock.
Cancellation of Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason before despatch please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If after having tried the unit for 180 days you do not find that it works for you then you may return it to us and we will refund the purchase price of the unit. We do not refund the cost of postage.
Delivery of Goods
We use standard Royal Mail (or equivalent outside the UK) for all deliveries. If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately by email to email@example.com.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Water Improvements Ltd™ accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or other factors outside it’s control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.
In such cases we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full. Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Water Improvements Ltd™ will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

If you have tried the unit in accordance with the instructions supplied with the unit and believe that it is not working for you then please contact us. Once we have received the unit back we will refund the purchase price. Note w e do not refund postage is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition.

All products supplied by Water Improvements Ltd™ come with a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event of a problem with a unit please contact us at our email address and we will deal with the problem.
If a unit is returned it is tested and if the unit proves not to be faulty when tested then you will be charged a fixed inspection fee of £15.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a “cooling off period”, this “cooling off period” is for 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Cancellation must be in the form of email sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
